HOW WE DO THINGS (POLICIES)
How we live + give matters. Your experience with E. Ria Designs matters. Should you have concerns about your order, we ask you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll make it right.
Returns are available for merchandise returned in new, unused condition. A refund request must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Customer agrees to pay the cost of shipping goods back to E. Ria Designs.
Refunds for purchase price are made upon inspection of returned goods back to the original payment method.
HOW WE SHIP
Our items are shipped via USPS first-class and Priority Mail (Express Mail when necessary). Our packaging is nearly all recycled (shipping labels are not recycled, but use no ink and are a minimal portion of the shipping materials.) Beyond recycled, our boxes and fill are compostable. This means you can biodegrade your shipping materials in your home compost pile or in a municipal composting facility. Just remove the label and you're ready to go!
A tracking number is always provided upon shipment for you at time of shipment via email.
Our international customers are responsible for paying customs/VAT fees due to their country's governments. E. Ria Designs is not authorized to collect nor remit customs/VAT fees on behalf of foreign countries. Please check with your country's postal system or government for these fees prior to ordering.
