Refund policy

Personalized items are non-refundable. However, if there is a mistake due to the workmanship of E. Ria Designs, a replacement will be created and shipped as soon as possible after notification. Unsatisfactory items can be exchanged for equal or lesser merchandise after authorization from E. Ria Designs. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Chains are non-refundable from E. Ria Designs. However, should you break a chain, after verification of previous purchase, a replacement can be purchased for a nominal charge. Please contact E. Ria Designs by email to discuss such issues.
