A unique necklace crafted from a 1921 Italian 5 centesimi coin. The coin has been cleaned and polished, exposing the relief of a sheaf of wheat on the front with a bust of a leader of Italy on the reverse. The coin measures approximately 3/4" (19 mm). The chain measures 24" (about 61 mm). The closure of the chain is a brass lobster claw clasp. See all photos for specific visual details.
