Italian Honeybee Flower Coin Necklace, Early 1900's Italy Honey Bee 10 Copper Coin Charm, Handmade Jewelry by E. Ria Designs
Details
A necklace crafted with an Italian vintage early 1900's copper coin featuring a honeybee foraging from a flower. The number 10 appears on the front of the coin. The reverse reads "Vittorio Emenvele III Re D'Italia". I have cleaned and polished the coin leaving the darkened patina in the recesses. The coin is a significant, measuring about 7/8" (about 22 mm) in diameter. This necklace makes a wonderful gift for a nature loving friend, for someone who is a beekeeper, for someone from Italy, an Italian exchange student and anyone who loves historical coins repurposed into something beautiful!
The chain is a solid red brass cable chain, crafted with a lobster clasp closure. All chain materials are new deadstock material (vintage, but in new condition) making this entire necklace environmentally friendly and upcycled. Choose your length at checkout.
* * * Please note: actual date on coin will vary from that shown in the sample photo. These coins were in circulation in the early 1900's so your coin will be of this timeframe. * * *
Your necklace will arrive in an E. Ria Designs gift box ready for gift-giving or storage. Enjoy!
